The number of Black women-led startups, entrepreneurs, or “Entreprenheirs” as I like to call them, continues to rise.  These women continue to break down barriers to make it better for the next generation.  These women leaders have a  strong commitment to highlighting powerful stories in our world today.  We can not and will not ignore the supporting voices from our sisters on the sidelines.  They encourage conversations to expel the doubt that a million-dollar business is out of reach for the black woman.  It is these women who embrace entrepreneurship, along with all the wins and failures, while yet still loving what they do.
